Multan Hosts First International Fashion Show

Fashion festivities have engulfed the city of saints, Multan with the first ever international fashion show marked on the soil. Named as “Tribute to Fashion in Pakistan “, the show launched its journey from Multan aiming to travel eight major cities of Pakistan.

Multan had an honor of hosting first ever international fashion show, “Tribute to Fashion in Pakistan”, organized by JZ Productions, US. Fashion designers from all over Pakistan and abroad participated in the fashion show presenting their creations before fashionistas.
A crew of 40 models walked the Multan fashion runway including 24 female fashion models from UK, South Africa and US who all presented national and local cultures there.

Rabbi Shergill Not Featured in Coke Studio 4

 
Famous Indian singer Rabbi Shergill who was supposed to participate in Coke Studio season 4 could not get in due to endless visa delay.

Known for his famous “Bullah Ki Jaana”, Rabbi Shergill was among high profile Indian singers enlisted for Coke Studio season 4. Rohail Hayatt, the producer of Coke Studio regarding his absence narrated, “We invited the talented Rabbi Shergill to the Coke Studio platform but his visa got delayed. Although he managed to make it at the very last minute, we were not able to do justice to his music and the platform, given the timelines. It’s just not the way we would like to welcome any outside talent to CS. So, I’ve decided to not use the music.”

That’s why none of the Indian singers will be featured at Coke Studio season 4 though senior singers Shankar Mahadevan and Shafqat Amanat Ali will be there in Coke Studio India that is planned to kick off next month.

Mahesh Bhatt's wife to sue Meera

 I have a strong feeling of dislike for those people, who jeopardize Pakistan abroad, and Meera, with her insane attitude towards Mahesh Bhutt has proved to become one such blemish.

Meera, who first accused Mahesh Bhutt of slapping her, landed up at the filmmaker’s office to say that she thought of him not only as her Guru but also her boyfriend, in the presence of Emraan Hashmi, Shagufta Rafique, the wrtier of Raaz and Murder and Sevy Ali.

Consequently, Bhutt’s wife Soni Razdan has decided to take legal action against the Pakistani actress.

In a statemtent, Soni Razdan said, "Yes, I am meeting my lawyers to file a legal suit against Meera. This is not the first time Meera has tried to malign my husband. A few years ago she had made bizarre allegations against him in an Urdu daily in Pakistan."

"I am very angry. You can't say anything about anybody.  Look at the work Mahesh is doing now. It goes far beyond the Meeras and slushy gossip.  She needs to behave responsibly, and since she is not doing that, she needs to be taught a lesson," added Razdan.

While on the other hand, Meera said, "Why are they doing this to me? How can Mahesh be my boyfriend? I'm only 26. Please tell them not to file a suit. Usse kya hoga?"

The actresses like Meera and Veena Malik should at least look up to Ali Zafar, Atif Ali and Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, who have gained popularity with their effort and honesty, not with such cheep publicity-gaining-tricks that are embarrassing the whole Pakistani nation.
